Let’s Invoke Transformation.
The Seasonal Body is a 3 month long, comprehensive training program with principles based in Ayurvedic philosophy and hypertrophy workout techniques.
Over the course of 12 weeks you will change your body, elementally, from the ground up.
All you will need for The Seasonal Body are dumbbells and determination.
What’s Included:
The Workouts.
You will be provided 12 weeks of workouts, with two tracks, beginner or TYRO or more advanced or ATHLETE. Each workout is custom made and designed to progress you through out each of the three training blocks. All you will need are light, medium and heavy dumbbells, so you can do the program from home at the gym or a hybrid of both.
Demo Videos.
Whether this is your first foray into fitness or you’re looking for a refresher, we want to make sure you’re practicing the program in good form. Also let’s face it; exercise lingo can sound like a different language. We’ll provide you with all the exercise demonstration videos you need to thrive.
Nutritional Guidance.
When starting a new fitness program your diet will be complimentary to attaining results. We provide simple yet effective recommendations to take with you for duration of The Seasonal Body and the rest of your life.
